Fourteen IP to Attend Marriott EMEA IT Academy Event in Jordan

The Fourteen IP team are looking forward to attending the invitation-only Marriott International EMEA IT Academy event in Amman, Jordon on the 13th-15th February 2023.

As a Marriott IT partner we have been allocated a dedicated space at The St Regis Amman, Astor ballroom pre- function area, where delegates can meet the team and learn about the hospitality technology services available from Fourteen IP.

The team will be showcasing:

  • Evolution Voice – our cloud-based telephony solution for hotels
  • Evolution SIP – our flexible IP based replacement for legacy ISDN circuits
  • Evolution Virtual Agent (EVA) – our AI IVR guest engagement solution

Delegates are invited to join us on the Fourteen IP booth, where as well as having a chance to win a HomePod Mini, they can hear a demonstration of our AI powered Virtual Agent solution EVA with its almost human like voice interactions.

EVA combines intelligent IVR with AI technology and machine learning to help hotels around the world take and make calls to guests and staff, in order to provide answers to regularly asked questions, take requests for wake-up calls, room items and maintenance requests. Available 24x7x365 EVA can reduce calls to guest services by over 75%.

EVA is already deployed at multiple Marriott properties across the USA and Canada and is being trialled in the UK and mainland Europe.

Click here for more information about EVA.

Fourteen IP is a Marriott approved vendor for cloud PBX, SIP Trunks and AI systems.
