Parking: Universal City Walk
Parking is NOT included in our event. All parking is handled solely by an outside company via Universal City Walk and is not in conjunction with the Saddle Ranch Chop House. Valet parking is available in the Frankenstein Parking Structure at Hotel Drive. We do validate parking (up to 3 hours) for a discounted rate so please bring in your parking ticket for validation. ALSO: You may pre-purchase pre-paid valet stickers for $15 (plus tax and service fee) per car through the Special Events Department.
Getting to Saddle Ranch
The metro stops right down the hill from Universal (Red line “Universal” stop) and there is a shuttle up to CityWalk just across the street. There are a number of red line stops downtown, or purple to red is an easy transfer.
Uber is a great transportation service though you do need to download an app and set up an account to use it. Similar to a taxi but usually more cost effective and friendlier.
Your hotel may have shuttle service to Universal Studios/CityWalk.
Mechanical Bull
We have access to not one but two Mechanical Bulls and will be running a competition of course with prizes for the best (longest) and the most entertaining riders, please bring ID with you.

Fresh Chicken Breast marinated and grilled and topped with a sweet apple bourbon sauce
BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs
Marinated BBQ baby backribs, slow roasted and grilled over an open flame,double-dipped in homemade BBQ sauce
Tri Tip Steak
Seasoned, grilled and sliced. Served with our homemade BBQ sauce.

Create your Own S’mores Platter
Roast your own s’mores at one of our outdoor camp fire pits. A large platter of marshmallows, graham crackers,chocolate bars, caramel and chocolate sauces, with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
