When we provide you with a quotation for EFM we will provide details of the indicative and minimum speeds for your location along with the installation costs for a 1 or 3 year contract.
The Minimum Speed has a service guarantee and if the speed achieved is below this level at handover you may elect to reject the service. Should this option be chosen, the service will be ceased and you will not be liable for the installation or payments to term.
